My wife and I have just returned from an amazing 5 night stay at Shieldhill. A fantastic hotel with stunning grounds. Our room was amazing and extremely comfortable with a huge jacuzzi. The food was delicious - the scallops are a must if you’re eating in the restaurant. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend Shieldhill Castle to everyone.

To the Chef, You are amazing and provided us with a great Sunday lunch. Tasty and beautifully presented. Scallops to start with. Exquisite cauliflower accompaniment and then roast beef. Good of the gods. Well done. We will be back.
